Job summary

FASTSIGNS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as the initial contact for current and prospective customers and involves learning to prepare estimates, processing work orders, and ensuring on-time delivery of finished work.

You will participate in daily team meetings and help execute business and marketing plans at the FASTSIGNS Center. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in retail or counter sales, a High School diploma or equivalent, and strong listening

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
