Job summary

Casco Signs Incorporated is seeking an Assembly Technician in Concord, NC. You will follow design and engineering diagrams to assemble sign parts coming out of fabrication and add lighting.

You’ll be the last hands on our signs before customers see them, ensuring quality control. The role is ideal for someone with little experience who wants to learn the sign industry and potentially move into project management or sales.

Qualifications

• Understand how to read a measuring tape.
• Some experience with hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Some experience with electrical work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building sign faces.
• Building channel letters.
• Line voltage (120/277v) electrical work.
• Low voltage (12/24v) electrical work.
• Soldering.
• Installing LED lighting.
• In‑shop sign repair.
• Light construction.
