Job summary

CTC Group, located at Fort Meade/Annapolis Junction, seeks Test Engineers to advance security and systems testing for mission-critical SIGINT and cyber capabilities. The role involves rigorous evaluation across simulation, lab, and field environments, with direct collaboration to ensure design alignment and traceability.

The team leverages modeling, simulation, and statistical tools to quantify performance risks and guide improvements, supporting national security operations and mission

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline required; four years TE experience may substitute.
• Experience in testing, evaluation, and mission assurance for defense-related systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support testing and evaluation of advanced EMC systems delivering real-time SIGINT and cyber capabilities.
• Plan and execute system and performance analysis across simulation, lab, and field testing levels.
• Develop modeling, simulation, and statistical tools to assess effectiveness and risks.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to align test plans with design requirements and data flows.
• Lead data and configuration management for testing events with traceability and compliance.
• Coordinate testing schedules with integrated product teams to meet milestones.
• Produce evaluation reports with actionable insights for system improvements.
