Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a SIGINT Collection Manager to join our team in the United States. You will draft, validate, prioritize, and submit SIGINT collection requirements, while managing NIPF and regional needs for the Western Hemisphere AOR.

As the primary SIGINT liaison among the IC, tactical units, and the USSID enterprise, you will integrate SIGINT with HUMINT, GEOINT, and OSINT for multi-source fusion, and advise leadership on capabilities and limitations of collection assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management.
• 3+ years of experience with SIGINT operations, cryptologic support, or SIGINT requirements management.
• Experience with IC/DoD SIGINT databases and tools such as NCI, RIGHTMS, GIMS.
• Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR and regional dynamics.
• Knowledge of USSID policies and SIGINT compliance protocols.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory oversight for SIGINT collection and dissemination.
• Provide timely evaluations and feedback on SIGINT reporting.
• Prepare detailed daily and weekly briefings on SIGINT collection activities and their impact on command objectives.

SIGINT Collection Manager The Opportunity:

In Collection Requirements Management you'll draft, validate, prioritize, and submit SIGINT collection requirements. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory oversight regarding SIGINT collection and dissemination. Provide timely evaluations and feedback on SIGINT reporting. Prepare detailed daily and weekly briefings on SIGINT collection activities and their impact on command objectives.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management


• 3+ years of experience with SIGINT operations, cryptologic support, or SIGINT requirements management


• Experience with standard Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD SIGINT databases, requirements systems, and tools such as NCI, RIGHTMS, GIMS, and classified requirements management architectures


• Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR, including primary adversarial threat communications and regional dynamics


• Knowledge of USSID policies and SIGINT compliance protocols


• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam


• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience producing weekly SIGINT collection posture and effectiveness reports


• Ability to conduct evaluation of SIGINT reports


• Ability to brief senior leadership as required

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
