Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc in Raynham, MA seeks an experienced Siemens NX CAM Programmer for a 6-month engagement. You will develop CNC programs, create toolpaths, and optimize machining for medical device components.

You will read drawings, apply GD&T, select tools, and collaborate with engineers and machinists to minimize waste and cycle times while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on NX CAM programming experience.
• Understanding GD&T standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using Siemens NX to create toolpaths and optimize machining.
• Interpret job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time.
• Monitor machining activities to ensure cycle time matches CAM programming and optimize CNC programs for various operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders regularly for status updates and technical discussions, issue mitigation.
• Prepare protocols and reports as per the procedure.

Job description

Role: Siemens NX CAM Programmer

Location: Raynham, MA

Duration: 6 months

Experience Required: 4-6 Years

Role Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills :

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings,
• Understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards,
• 5+ years of hand on experience in NX CAM programming
• Experience in working for Medical Devices is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Developing CNC machining programs: Utilizing Siemens NX software to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes.

Interpreting technical drawings: Analyzing job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling.

Working closely with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time.

Monitoring machining activities to ensure cycle time matches with CAM programming and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders regularly for status updates and technical discussions, issue mitigation

Prepare protocols and reports as per the procedure.
