Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop CNC machining programs using Siemens NX to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes
• Interpret technical drawings, job orders, blueprints, specifications, and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling
• Collaborate closely with engineers and machinists to produce high‑quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time
• Monitor machining activities to ensure cycle time matches CAM programming and continually optimize CNC programs for various machining operations
• Engage with stakeholders for status updates, technical discussions, and issue mitigation
• Prepare protocols and reports as per established procedures
• Manage Engineering Change processes to ensure documentation and implementation accuracy

• Leverage analytical skills for strategic decision making
• Rapidly learn concepts and apply them to enhance job performance

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in NX CAM programming
• Experience working with Medical Device manufacturing is preferred

Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year
