Job summary

Logsign is seeking a Product Engineer (SIEM) to join the Product Team. You will develop SIEM product ideas grounded in customer needs, identify cybersecurity challenges, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring solutions to market.

The role requires hands-on SIEM experience, REST API knowledge, and strong English communication in an agile environment. Collaboration with Product Specialists and market analysis are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer/Software Engineering is required.
• Experience with SIEM products and product development is essential.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols is expected.
• Hands-on experience with deployment and integration in product environments.
• Familiarity with REST API best practices is an advantage.
• Experience with SIEM platforms like Splunk and Elastic Stack is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in team settings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile team and manage projects.
• Living in or willingness to relocate to Istanbul area is preferred.

We are looking for a new team member: “Product Engineer (SIEM)” who will work in our Product Team.

Responsibilities

• Developing products (SIEM ) ideas based on customers’ interests. - Identifying customers’ Cyber Security problems and offering solutions according to detection & automated response principles. - Coordinating relevant departments for approval of solutions. - Performing market analysis on competing products. - Analyzing feasibility, cost and return on investment (ROI) for product ideas and solutions - Supporting implementation for mass production of solutions - Planning the budget requirements for projects - Leading and coordinating Product Specialists.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with SIEM Products,
• Bachelor degree in relevant engineering departments (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.) Master degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking and network protocols (TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP, etc.)
• Experience with application deployment and support,
• Hands-on experience working in a product integration environment. Knowledge of REST API best practices and usage is an advantage.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Elastic search/Logstash/Kibana - ELK / Elastic Stack)
• Strong background in various disciplines such as system / network administration, security devices or/and cyber security fields
• Extensive experience in the area is desired (SIEM)
• Portfolio of successful past projects required
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good command of English is required.
