Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Vice President to lead SIEM Engineering & Operations in Jacksonville, FL. The role provides end-to-end ownership of security monitoring platforms, driving resilience, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation across the SIEM estate.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor performance, and partner with architecture and risk stakeholders to align governance with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SIEM engineering, operations, or large-scale security monitoring in a complex enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel platforms and related operations.
• Proven ability to manage audit, regulatory, cybersecurity and operational risk obligations.

Responsibilities

• Own SIEM platform roadmap execution, service delivery, and operational outcomes across the SIEM estate.
• Lead SIEM Engineering and SIEM Operations teams, including vendor resources.
• Ensure platform availability, resilience, and scalability for security monitoring.
• Drive delivery of strategic initiatives and onboarding of new log sources.
• Manage regulatory and risk obligations associated with SIEM capabilities.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance metrics across SIEM functions.
