At Exterior Restorations our employees are required to install siding, gutter, and windows. Each employee must have basic knowledge of tools used for construction types of work, and working knowledge of a tape measure. They must be comfortable with working on ladders and platforms to reach second story buildings (at times, not always). We require each employee to have a current Oklahoma driver's license. (Non-negotiable). We need our employees to be responsible, and attendance is highly important because we are a small company and depend on our employees to complete work in a timely manner.
