Job summary

Kingdom Roofing is seeking a Siding Site Supervisor in Indiana to oversee the siding installation process from start to finish, coordinating with installation partners, customers, and our Production support team. You will ensure quality remodels, document progress, enforce OSHA safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships while keeping projects on schedule.

This full-time, in-person role offers base pay between $55,000-$70,000 with benefits and a total compensation up to $74,000

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12-18 months of hands-on experience in residential siding.
• Knowledge of various siding systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Valid driver's license and smartphone required.
• Able to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards.
• Build and develop productive working relationships with colleagues.
• Organization and attention to detail on paperwork; proficient with technology and able to learn new software.
• Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment.

SIDING SITE SUPERVISOR

Position Title:

Siding Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the siding installation process for Kingdom Roofing. You will work closely with our installation partners, the customer, and our Production support team to ensure a quality remodel. Candidates with excellent communication, documentation skills, and prior hands-on experience will be successful in this vital role.

Full-Time, Work is in-person

Description of Duties:

• Proper delivery of projects - overseeing and documenting each remodel through software, ensuring quality standards while meeting manufacturer guidelines
• Customer service and relationship building - during an installation, you are greeting the property owner, keeping them updated on the progress, and sharing any issues that may be discovered during a remodel
• Quality control and safety - ensure all projects are being performed safely to OSHA standards and actively inspect work as it progresses through the day to limit call-back work as much as possible

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Comp - $59,000-$74,000

Bonus Opportunity - $4,000

Base Pay - $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and proven track record, with benefits including:
