Siding Installer / Exterior Construction Carpenter

$22–$28/hr | Full-Time | Year-Round Work — Kalamazoo / West Michigan — Established Crews

HVE Incorporated is a family-owned, West Michigan exterior construction company that has been doing quality residential work for over 15 years. We install siding, windows, doors, trim, soffit/fascia, decking, and other exterior products on residential homes across Kalamazoo and West Michigan.

What the work looks like

We install vinyl siding, steel siding, Hardie Board, LP SmartSide, PVC trim, soffit, fascia, windows, exterior doors, and decking on residential homes across Kalamazoo and West Michigan.

Most jobs are within reasonable driving distance. Crews typically meet at the job site. Work is full-time, Monday through Friday.

You’ll be measuring, cutting, and working with angles. You’ll be on ladders, picks, and staging. You’ll work alongside the same crew most days.

We do things right: clean installs, tight trim work, and no cutting corners. We’re looking for someone who works the same way.

What we’re looking for

Required:

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Good attendance and ability to work well with a crew

Preferred:

• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to measure accurately, cut cleanly, and work with angles
