Job summary

A family-owned exterior remodeling company in Tempe is seeking a Siding Apprentice to assist with siding and exterior installations. This full-time role offers $18 per hour and includes training in siding installation techniques. Siding Apprentice – $18/hour

Full-Time | W2 | Urgently Hiring

Tacheny Exteriors is a fourth-generation, family-owned exterior remodeling company specializing in siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, soffit & fascia. We’re growing our in-house crews and looking for dependable individuals who want to learn the siding trade and build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead installers with siding and exterior installations
• Learn proper siding installation techniques and safety procedures
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow company quality standards and job site protocols
• Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors
• Participate in hands-on training and skill development

Pay

• $18 per hour

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in construction or exterior remodeling

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Standing, climbing, bending, kneeling throughout the day
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Using hand and power tools safely

Preferred (Not Required)

• Construction or siding experience
• Exposure to fiber cement siding (James Hardie, Allura, Nichiha)
• Interest in growing into an Installer or Lead role
