Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Oshkosh WI, is hiring for a Direct Hire Siding Installer to visit customers' homes and install seamless steel or aluminum siding with precision. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with project-based end times.

You will load materials, track inventory, read project specifications, and deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe job site. 3–5 years of siding experience and ability to work on ladders are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience installing seamless steel or aluminum siding (or similar exterior construction).
• Strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and standard installation equipment.
• Ability to work comfortably on ladders and at heights up to a second story.
• Reliable, motivated, and professional demeanor with pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to support other installers and crews.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (end times are based on project)

Pay: up to $40.00/HR

• Visit customers’ homes to perform demos, site prep, and measurements for seamless steel siding installation

• Install seamless steel or aluminum siding, trim, accessories, and related exterior components with precision
