Job summary

SouthEnd Exteriors in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Siding Install and Service Manager to lead a team of siding install and service technicians, leads and supervisors. This role oversees installation and service processes to deliver safe, high-quality results.

You will plan and schedule all phases, mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining safety standards and driving continuous improvement across 10+ associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of siding installation/service experience required.
• Experience in supervising technicians and crews.
• Ability to hire/coach staff and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of siding installation and service projects.
• Manage install and service crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Track time and materials for each installation project.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Review and approve project documentation, work orders, and completion reports.
• Lead a team of 10+ associates (direct and indirect), including hiring decisions and budgeting accountability.
