Job summary

SouthEnd Exteriors, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a Siding Install and Service Manager to lead a team of technicians, leads and supervisors. You will oversee the installation and service process across Southeast projects to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will plan, schedule and supervise all phases of siding work, manage crews, track time/materials, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining budget accountability for a 10+ person team. Will travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of siding installation/service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership managing a team of 10+ associates.
• Able to mentor new associates and train others.
• Participation in Safety committee and Continuous Improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of siding installation and service projects.
• Manage install and service crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Track time and materials for each installation project.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain awareness of work environment to ensure error-free results.
• Review and approve project documentation, work orders, and completion reports.
• Oversee hiring decisions, assign goals, communicate expectations, provide feedback, and manage budget accountability for 10+ associates.
