Job summary

Sideworx Connect is seeking dedicated individuals for Roustabout and Rig Up/Rig Out work in Casper, Wyoming. This contract role supports the setup and teardown of fracturing equipment and general rig operations, requiring physical stamina and a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities include rig assembly/disassembly, equipment maintenance and cleaning, material handling, site preparation, and collaboration with crew and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas operations or similar preferred.
• Must be physically capable of demanding manual labor.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rig Up/Rig Out: Assist in the assembly and disassembly of fracturing equipment and related components on the rig site.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Material Handling: Transport and handle materials and equipment as required, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the site for operations, including setup of rig components and ensuring readiness for fracturing activities.
• General Labor: Support various tasks on the rig, including but not limited to, lifting, carrying, and positioning equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.

This temporary role involves supporting the setup and teardown of fracturing equipment and general rig operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
