This part-time, seasonal role entails planning practices, supervising cheerleaders at games, and managing logistics for cheer activities.

The ideal candidate will have previous coaching experience and strong knowledge of cheerleading techniques. Safety and compliance with team policies and safety standards are paramount. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous cheerleading coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct cheer practices focusing on skill development and team coordination.
• Supervise cheerleaders before and during games, maintaining high energy.
• Manage cheerleading rosters, schedules, and budget effectively.
