Qualifications

• Previous cheerleading coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Strong knowledge of cheerleading techniques, stunts, and routines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct cheer practices focusing on skill development.
• Teach cheer techniques, safety protocols, and conditioning exercises.
• Supervise cheerleaders before and during games.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
• Ensure all team members meet academic and eligibility requirements.
