Job summary

Qualifications

• State license as registered nurse (RN) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care in accordance with nursing process.
• Coordinate care focused on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve care outcomes.
• Engage in unit/program quality improvement and outcomes utilization.
• Support professional development and evidence-based practice initiatives.
