Qualifications

• 7+ years of Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on SI, PI, and EMI/EMC simulation.
• Experience with high-speed digital PCB design and analysis.
• Proficiency with HFSS, SIwave, CAD tools (Cadence, CST, Altium).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform SI simulations for transmission lines, impedance, insertion loss, crosstalk, timing margins, and signal quality.
• Conduct PI/PDN simulations to evaluate target impedance, voltage ripple, resonance, and decoupling.
• Model and characterize vias, connectors, packages, capacitors, breakouts, and interconnect discontinuities.
• Review schematics and PCB layouts; provide recommendations on placement, routing, return paths, grounding, and stack-up.
• Perform EMI/EMC simulations and analyses to identify emissions and susceptibility risks.
• Evaluate shielding, enclosure, grounding, and EMC architectures.
• Support optimization of high-speed PCB designs and power delivery networks.
• Develop PCB design guidelines and best practices related to SI/PI and EMI/EMC.
• Participate in engineering design reviews and provide actionable cross-functional recommendations.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SI/PI & EMI/EMC Simulation Engineer with strong expertise in high-speed digital electronics, PCB simulation, signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility. The engineer will support PCB design reviews, simulation-driven optimization, and development of electrical design best practices for high-speed electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Signal Integrity (SI) simulations for transmission lines, impedance control, insertion/return loss, crosstalk, timing margins, and signal quality.
• Conduct Power Integrity (PI) / PDN simulations to evaluate target impedance, voltage ripple, resonance, and decoupling effectiveness.
• Model and characterize vias, connectors, packages, capacitors, breakouts, and interconnect discontinuities.
• Review schematics and PCB layouts and provide recommendations on component placement, routing topology, return paths, grounding, stack-up, and manufacturability.
• Perform EMI/EMC simulations and electromagnetic analysis to identify emissions and susceptibility risks.
• Evaluate shielding, enclosure, grounding, and EMC architectures.
• Support optimization of high-speed PCB designs and power delivery networks.
• Develop PCB design guidelines and best practices related to SI/PI and EMI/EMC.
• Participate in engineering design reviews and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SI, PI, and EMI/EMC simulation.
• Experience with high-speed digital PCB design and analysis.
• Proficiency with tools such as Ansys HFSS, Ansys SIwave, Cadence, CST Studio Suite, Altium, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of:
• Transmission lines and impedance

• Voltage ripple and resonance
• Decoupling
• Grounding and shielding
• Experience reviewing PCB schematics, layouts, stack-ups, and routing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
