Cahaba Federal Solutions LLC seeks a Super Intelligence Mission Integration Lead to act as the principal integrator between mission users, SI-enabled developers, program offices, and senior leaders. You will advance intelligence modernization initiatives across the Army enterprise.

The role requires translating intelligence needs into SI-enabled capabilities, overseeing pilots, assessing impact, and delivering executive-level recommendations for capability development and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• 15+ years supporting Army, DoD, IC, or national-security missions.
• Experience leading intelligence operations, targeting, mission analysis, or enterprise mission-support activities.
• Experience translating requirements into capability-development plans, pilots, or roadmaps.
• Experience coordinating across operational users, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of SI-enabled pilots and evaluations.
• Partner with users, engineers, product teams, and program offices to identify workflow gaps.
• Translate mission requirements into SI use cases, objectives, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Army organizations and external partners.
• Develop executive briefings, senior-leader recommendations, and strategic papers.
• Advise on governance, responsible use, and investment priorities.
