Job summary

Compensation ranges per hour with benefits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year experience in basic SI assembly, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of basic SI assembly experience.
• Ability to work overtime and support a 24/7 operation.
• Strong attention to detail and component recognition.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepares product for systems level assembly including unpacking, set-up, assembly, final packaging and repair as required.
• Accesses paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, packs and labels items per instructions.
• Uses required tooling and checks equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Assembles various systems integration subassemblies under supervision.
• Mentors co-workers in assembly activities.
• Ensures quality to meet customer satisfaction.
