Pyramid Global Hospitality at the Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver to warmly welcome guests and transport them safely around the local area. You will share knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and nearby attractions, and help create memorable first impressions with proactive service.

We value a year of customer service, a valid driver's license, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no infractions.
• Able to stand for long periods and work a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Welcome guests to the shuttle and assist with bags.
• Know local area, traffic patterns, and attractions; offer recommendations.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and report issues to management.
• Assist guests in arranging other transportation when needed.
• Work with other attendants to deliver a personalized guest experience.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Shuttle Driver assists guests by providing them transportation as requested in the local area.
