Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (minimum) in engineering, science, plastics engineering, or related field experience greater than 7 years.
• Formal training in Project Management, Plastic Processing and/or Operations Excellence (or DFSS) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2–5 Product Development Engineers and 1–3 Process Engineers on NPD projects for Shuttle Extrusion Blow Molding platforms.
• Assign NPD projects and provide technical oversight for design, prototype, commissioning, and qualification phases.
• Train and audit PDEs for adherence to NPD procedures; run bi-weekly project update calls; present Shuttle capabilities to customers.
