A Brief Overview

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and/or Warehouse Supervisor will perform the following duties. The following list of duties are a general outline of most commonly performed duties, it is not intended to be totally inclusive of all job responsibilities of this position. Valid Class CDL license required.

What you will do

• Make deliveries and pickups of any material or equipment as required by any division of Voyant Beauty Indiana.
• Must be familiar with traffic laws of Indiana and other states.
• Must comply with all D.O.T. regulations and Company record keeping requirements and work rules (Code of Conduct for Drivers).
• Move and “spot” all drop trailers, including those for other carriers, at any Voyant Beauty Indiana docks for receiving or shipping.
• Make deliveries and pickups within a geographical area that will not cause the driver to work more than ten (10) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period.
• Load and unload trailer at any Voyant Beauty Indiana warehouse when required.
• Must bring to the attention of Supervisor, any and all unsafe conditions existing in any or all equipment in current operation.
• In addition to the Duties listed, qualifications may include physical requirements, additional education or certification as deemed necessary for the safe and successful performance of the job.
