Job summary

Midwestern Wheels, Inc. is hiring a Level 1 or 2 Driver to transport vehicles within our Madison, AL facility and to other rental locations as needed. Work is outdoors and requires a valid license and a good driving record.

You’ll be part of a small team, with highly flexible hours (7am–7pm, seven days a week) and 15–25 hours per week. Pay is $14.50 per hour plus benefits including a 401(k) with matching contributions and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Level 1 or Level 2 Driver with 15–25 hours/week availability.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of using an electronic tablet regularly.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle transport — move cars from return areas to servicing zones.
• Lot organization — relocate vehicles around the facility as directed.
• Off-site delivery — deliver vehicles to other rental locations or vendors as needed.
• Team shuttling — ride with or follow other drivers to pick up or drop off vehicles.
• Radio communication — communicate with team via radio or phone.
• Damage reporting — identify and report any vehicle damage.

Requirements
