Job summary

Midwestern Wheels, Inc., a licensee of Avis Budget Group, seeks a Level 1–2 Driver to transport vehicles between return areas and servicing zones, and to deliver vehicles as needed. This role is outdoors, requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Hours are flexible, 7am–7pm, up to 25 hours per week, with a friendly, low-stress environment. Perks include a 401(k) with company match, employee discounts on rentals and vehicle purchases, and access to the Employee Assistance

Responsibilities

• Vehicle transport—move cars from return areas to servicing zones.
• Lot organization—relocate vehicles around the facility as directed.
• Off-site delivery—deliver vehicles to other locations or vendors as needed.
• Team shuttling—ride with or follow other drivers to pick up or drop off vehicles.
• Radio communication—coordinate with team via radio or phone.
• Damage reporting—identify and report any vehicle damage.

What you'll do:

• Team shuttling - Ride with or follow other drivers to pick up or drop off vehicles.
• Radio communication - Communicate with team via radio or phone.
• Damage reporting - Identify and report any vehicle damage.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• As a Level 1 or Level 2 Driver, you must be able to be scheduled and work between 15-25 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work between the hours of 7am and 7pm, seven days a week, as business needs require.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of using electronic table frequently.
