Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport passengers between designated pick-up and drop-off locations, including airports, hospitals, campuses, arenas, and warehouses.

You will ensure safe boarding and alighting, assist passengers with special needs, perform pre-trip inspections, light cleaning, and maintain logs. No high school diploma required; on-the-job training provided; CDL may be required depending on the contract.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• CDL may be required with specific class and endorsement.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and operate equipment for passengers with special needs (e.g., wheelchair lifts, tie-downs).
• Help passengers load luggage as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and perform routine cleaning/maintenance.
• Meet patrons at airport locations and provide directions to nearest highway or destination.
• Inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries politely.
