Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport employees between company locations on a timely, courteous basis.

You will operate a 14-passenger Sprinter van, maintain vehicle cleanliness, manage fuel, and ensure passenger safety on designated routes while complying with DOT regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include aiding passengers with boarding (including wheelchairs), recording trips and incidents, and reporting any deviations or mechanical issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL with B and P endorsements required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 14-passenger Sprinter van safely along designated routes.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and wear seatbelts.
• Assist passengers boarding, including wheelchair users, and secure mobility devices.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular inspections.
• Report deviations, incidents, or mechanical issues to management.
• Track riders for pickup/drop-off and complete written reports.

Job SummaryThe role of the Shuttle Drive is responsible for safely transporting employees between designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
