An established healthcare system is seeking Shuttle Bus Drivers to provide essential transportation services within the Urbana area. This role involves maintaining the shuttle bus and ensuring timely transport of employees, patients, and visitors. Overview
This position is PRN or As Needed to cover for call offs, vacations, and special events at fairgrounds when having to reroute shuttles. Also, for general maintenance and upkeep of shuttles (transporting for oil changes, tire replacements, and washing).
Shuttle Bus Drivers transport employees to and from employee parking lots and designated employee entrances and maintain the shuttle bus. Drivers transport employees, patients, and visitors as per the assigned duty schedule to facilitate these persons in arriving at their destination on a timely basis.

Maintains shuttle van, keeps it clean, serviced, and reports needed repairs. Transports employees, patients, and visitors as per the current departmental schedule.

The compensation range for this position is $15 per hour - $24.32 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model.
