Job summary

Road & Rail Services is seeking full-time Vehicle Shuttle Drivers for our Georgetown, Kentucky operations. You will move newly manufactured vehicles between production, staging, and storage areas within the facility, walking three to five miles per shift and staying active throughout the day.

As a driver, you’ll follow strict routes and safety policies, park in assigned spaces, and report any vehicle concerns.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to operate and park vehicles safely.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and surroundings.
• Ability to follow specific driving and parking instructions.
• Willingness to walk approximately three to five miles per shift.
• Ability to work outside in heat, cold, rain, snow, and sunlight.
• Safety-focused and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive new vehicles safely between production, staging, and storage areas.
• Follow designated travel routes and facility traffic procedures.
• Park vehicles precisely in assigned spaces.
• Verify vehicle information and document parking locations.
• Observe vehicles for visible damage or concerns and report findings.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain an organized flow of vehicles.
• Frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the workday.
• Perform duties outdoors in changing seasonal weather.
• Maintain awareness of pedestrians, equipment, and surrounding activity.
• Assist with other vehicle-processing responsibilities as assigned.
