Hilton Minneapolis Airport hotel is hiring a Shuttle Driver to transport guests between the hotel and Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport, delivering friendly service and helping with luggage handling.

Based in Bloomington, MN, you will operate shuttle services, welcome guests, and keep lobby areas clean while coordinating with front desk and other team members. Part-time schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid state driver's license (or chauffeur's license where required).
• Customer Service Focused with excellent verbal and written communication.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to work under high pressure situations.
• Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team oriented and dedicated to guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms; tag and store luggage; greet guests warmly.
• Safely shuttle guests between hotel and airport and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front lobby and entrances.
• Offer directions to hotel facilities and local attractions.
