Job description

Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ramis seekinga reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will play a key role in providing transportation services for customers to and from our location, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a courteous demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Shuttle Driver Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport customers to and from designated locations, such as airports, hotels, or service centers.
  • Provide a friendly and professional experience for passengers
  • Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, adheringto established schedules and pick-up/drop-off times
  • Monitor fuel levels and ensure the shuttle vehicle is fueled as needed, tracking fuel expenses and reporting to the appropriate personnel
  • Other duties assigned, like, but not limited to:
    • Assisting advisors as needed
    • Picking up parts
    • Answering phones

Shuttle Driver Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required depending on the size of the shuttle
  • Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Punctuality and the ability to adhere to schedules
  • Efficient time management to ensure timely transportation
  • Strong navigational skills and the ability to read maps or use GPS systems
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
