Job summary

Elevated Healthcare Hospitality is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Scranton, PA to transport guests, patients, or staff between properties and designated stops in a safe, courteous manner. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicle readiness, providing excellent customer service, following schedules, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and logs.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least six months of shuttle or passenger transport

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Six (6) months in shuttle driving or passenger transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening and a DOT physical.
• Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests, patients, or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
• Provides highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary
• Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests as to schedules and services
• Strictly follow Company’s lost and found program
• Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition, noting any issues to Manager; performs pre & post shift vehicle inspections using Company inspection Forms and Vehicle Logs
• Understand company’s management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.

Elevated Healthcare Hospitality, in partnership with our healthcare agencies, provides exceptional hospitality to patients and guests offering a suite of transportation logistics including shuttle transportation and valet parking in a thoughtful, compassionate and meaningful way.

Shuttle Driver

A Shuttle driver will enjoy transporting guests, patients, or employees between the Company’s properties and stop areas in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests, patients, or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
• Provides highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary

• Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and Company Driver Agreement Policy
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening and a motor vehicle record check
• Ability to pass a Medical DOT physical.

This position is in the Geissinger Scranton location.

$15.00 / hour

Knowledge and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Valid drivers license

Experience: Six (6) months in shuttle driving or passenger transportation
