Job summary

Elevated Healthcare Hospitality in Scranton is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests, patients, or employees between company properties and designated stop areas in a safe, courteous and efficient manner.

You will provide top‑level customer service, stay aware of schedules and services, perform pre/post shift vehicle checks, and follow policy. This full‑time role offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO; pay is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Six (6) months in shuttle driving or passenger transportation.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.
• Must pass a Medical DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests, patients, or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide highest level of customer service and assist passengers as needed
• Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers regarding schedules and services
• Follow Company’s lost and found program
• Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition; perform pre & post shift inspections
• Understand company’s policies and initiatives and meet responsibilities within these areas
• Other duties per Duties Checklist as assigned

Elevated Healthcare Hospitality, in partnership with our healthcare agencies, provides exceptional hospitality to patients and guests offering a suite of transportation logistics including shuttle transportation and valet parking in a thoughtful, compassionate and meaningful way.

Shuttle Driver

A Shuttle driver will enjoy transporting guests, patients, or employees between the Company’s properties and stop areas in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests, patients, or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
• Provides highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary
• Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests as to schedules and services
• Strictly follow Company’s lost and found program
• Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition, noting any issues to Manager; performs pre & post shift vehicle inspections using Company inspection Forms and Vehicle Logs
• Understand company’s management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player
• Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and Company Driver Agreement Policy
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening and a motor vehicle record check
• Ability to pass a Medical DOT physical.

This position is in the Geissinger Scranton location.

$15.00 / hour

Knowledge And Experience

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required

Valid drivers license

Experience: Six (6) months in shuttle driving or passenger transportation
