Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O’Hare Rosemont is seeking a dependable Airport Shuttle Driver focused on safety and guest service. The role involves operating the hotel shuttle, loading luggage, and assisting passengers with care and professionalism.

You will drive between the hotel and O’Hare, ensuring timely pickups, maintaining the vehicle, and adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards. This is a second-shift, full-time position with benefits.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O’Hare Rosemont is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Airport Shuttle Driver to join our team.

This is more than a driving position. Our Shuttle Drivers are often among the first and last team members our guests interact with. We are looking for someone who takes pride in safe driving, reliable service, and making travel a little easier for every guest.

Requirements

Shift: 3:30pm-midnight 3days a week and 9m until 1:30am 2 days a week

As an Airport Shuttle Driver, you will: Drive the hotel shuttle between Embassy Suites and O’Hare International Airport multiple times throughout your shift.

• Arrive at designated airport collection points in a timely and dependable manner.
• Ensure passengers safely board and exit the shuttle.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist guests with their luggage, including loading and unloading luggage from the shuttle.
• Safely lift and handle guest luggage weighing up to 75+ pounds.
• Keep the shuttle fueled, well-maintained, clean, and presentable.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all applicable traffic and safety laws and DOT regulations.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment for guests throughout each trip.

Pay Rate: $23.86 per hour
Schedule: Second Shift

Required:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• DOT certification
• Ability to safely lift, load, and unload 75+ pounds
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Safety-focused driving habits
• Ability to work independently while representing the hotel professionally

Preferred:

• Previous professional driving, shuttle, transportation, or hospitality experience
