Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a courteous Driver to provide safe transportation for guests and team members, assist with luggage, and maintain vehicles. You will follow routes, ensure timely airport transfers, and uphold Loews’ hospitality standards in a busy hotel setting.

Applicants should have a valid license, clean driving record, and strong customer service skills. The role requires flexibility, routine trainings, and the ability to lift 50 pounds when assisting guests with luggage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a driver in hospitality or transportation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL or passenger endorsement may be required for certain vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of local area and traffic regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems; basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for guests and team members using hotel vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and loading/unloading; offer umbrellas or assistance during inclement weather.
• Maintain knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and attractions; provide recommendations when asked.
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs for airport transfers, events, and local destinations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance needs promptly.
