Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Shuttle Driver for full-time shifts at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola. The driver will transport passengers by van/shuttle within a designated area, ensuring professional interactions and high-quality customer service.

Schedule includes multiple shifts; must be 21+ with a valid license and experience driving heavy GVWR vehicles. The role offers training and benefits as part of TouchPoint Support Services, with a focus on hospitality in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service or driving experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers along designated routes as scheduled or dispatched.
• Review and submit vehicle work tickets when required.
• Clean vehicles daily and perform basic maintenance (fuel, fluids) as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and changing road or traffic conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all aspects of the operation.
• Provide feedback to management on service improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for full time SHUTTLE DRIVER positions.

• Schedule: Full time schedule. 1:00 pm to 9:30 pn, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, and 11:00 pm to 4:00 am; days may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Must have a valid driver's license. Previous experience driving a GVWR approximately 10 to 19,500 lbs is required. Must be 21+ years old.
• Perks: Willing to train!
• Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to$16.85 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: This individual will provide transportation services to passengers by driving a van/shuttle within a designated area for a client. They will be expected to professionally interact and communicate with all passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transports passengers along designated routes as arranged by schedule or dispatch
• Reviews and submits vehicle work tickets when required
• Cleans vehicles daily and performs basic maintenance functions (fills gas, adds fluids, etc.) as needed
• Responds to emergency needs as dictated by road conditions, vehicle situations, traffic conditions or environmental situations
• Provides overall support and customer service to all facets of the operation
• Provides feedback to management on how services may be improved
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions
• 1 -2 years relevant customer service or driving experience
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes quickly
