Job summary

Compass Group USA's TouchPoint unit is seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver to transport passengers by van within a defined service area, delivering reliable, friendly customer service.

You will work 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, weekends required, with 21+ lic and 1–2 years driving/customer service experience; pay is $16/hour and benefits are provided.

This role emphasizes safety, vehicle upkeep, and positive passenger interactions as part of our mission to support Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required, safe operation per traffic laws.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service or driving experience.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports passengers along designated routes as scheduled or dispatched.
• Reviews and submits vehicle work tickets when required.
• Cleans vehicles daily and performs basic maintenance (gas, fluids, etc.).
• Responds to emergency needs as dictated by road/vehicle conditions.
• Provides overall support and customer service to all facets of the operation.
• Provides feedback to management on service improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: This individual will provide transportation services to passengers by driving a van/shuttle within a designated area for a client. They will be expected to professionally interact and communicate with all passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transports passengers along designated routes as arranged by schedule or dispatch
• Reviews and submits vehicle work tickets when required
• Cleans vehicles daily and performs basic maintenance functions (fills gas, adds fluids, etc.) as needed
• Responds to emergency needs as dictated by road conditions, vehicle situations, traffic conditions or environmental situations
• Provides overall support and customer service to all facets of the operation
• Provides feedback to management on how services may be improved
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions
• 1 -2 years relevant customer service or driving experience
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes quickly
