Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver at the Buffalo, NY location. The role involves transporting passengers in a van/shuttle within a client’s designated area and delivering professional customer service.

Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, with shifts 7:30 am–4:00 pm or 12:00 pm–8:30 pm. A valid driver’s license is required; the job offers benefits as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions
• 1-2 years relevant customer service or driving experience
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes quickly

Responsibilities

• Safely transports passengers along designated routes as arranged by schedule or dispatch
• Reviews and submits vehicle work tickets when required
• Cleans vehicles daily and performs basic maintenance functions (fills gas, adds fluids, etc.) as needed
• Responds to emergency needs as dictated by road conditions, vehicle situations, traffic conditions or environmental situations
• Provides overall support and customer service to all facets of the operation
• Provides feedback to management on how services may be improved
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Fixed Pay Rate:$18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: This individual will provide transportation services to passengers by driving a van/shuttle within a designated area for a client. They will be expected to professionally interact and communicate with all passengers while providing exceptional customer service.
