Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to deliver warm, guest-focused service across our properties. You will transport guests safely, assist with luggage, and uphold high standards of professionalism in every interaction.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of USD 15.50 per hour. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and a drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk/customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport and designated locations.
• Follow traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage during shuttle service.
• Communicate hotel services and amenities during transport.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle and lobby areas.
• Ensure vehicle is fueled and serviced as needed.
• Greet guests warmly at arrival and departure.
• Transport luggage using carts or by hand.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Job Purpose

The Shuttle Driver provides exceptional guest service by safely transporting guests, assisting with luggage, and offering porter services throughout the hotel. This position creates a positive first and last impression by delivering warm, professional, and efficient service while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfactionand supports overall hotel operations.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport and other designated locations.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage during shuttle service.
• Clearly communicate hotel services and amenities during transport.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle (inside and outside).
• Ensure vehicle is fueled and taken for routine service as needed.
• Clean and maintain lobby, entrances, and courtyard areas.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms using carts or by hand.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries in person and by phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed while resolving guest concerns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods and move throughout the front office area.
• Sit, bend, reach, and lift as needed to complete job duties.
• Occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Use computers, phones, tablets, and standard office equipment for extended periods.
