Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport general commodities between warehouses. This role operates a diesel tractor/trailer and requires a Class A CDL; heavy travel is expected to support multiple facilities.

You will promote safety, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and assist with loading and unloading while adhering to DOT and OSHA regulations. A strong team player with forklift familiarity is valued at Kenco.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class A tractor trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Meet FMCSA and company requirements.
• Pass Background and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety first and foremost.
• Deliver freight within scheduled routes.
• Shuttle trailers between manufacturing facilities and distribution warehouses.
• Assists with loading/unloading and tailgate freight onto customer docks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain driver’s daily logs, trip reports and other documents; keep truck fueled and ready.
• Follow DOT and OSHA regulations and company policy.
