Job summary

Cedarbrook Lodge, a Cedarbrook property managed by Columbia Hospitality, is hiring a Shuttle Driver for the overnight shift from 11 pm to 7 am. You will provide safe transportation, assist with luggage, and share insights about local attractions.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in shuttle or guest service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to and from the hotel and their destinations.
• Escort guests to and from the property, assist with luggage, provide local information.
• Park and retrieve guest cars safely according to hotel standards.
• Keep records of calls for service.
• Greet guests at the front door or in the vehicle.
• Assist with de-icing of pavement, sidewalks and access areas as needed.
• Maintain a presentable appearance and professional uniform.
• Ensure guest and team member safety in all conditions.

Join the team at Cedarbrook Lodge, an award-winning luxury retreat just minutes from Sea-Tac Airport. As a Shuttle Driver, you will serve as one of the first and last impressions of our property, welcoming guests, providing safe and reliable transportation, assisting with luggage, and sharing knowledge about the hotel and local area. What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• Drives guests to and from hotel to their final destinations
• Escorts incoming and outgoing hotel guests to and from property, assists with luggage, and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Parks and retrieves guest cars in a safe manner and in accordance with hotels standards.
• Keeps record of calls for service.
• Greets guests at front door or car upon arrival.
• Assists in de-icing of pavement, sidewalks, and other areas.
• Maintains the image of the hotel by appearing extremely presentable, well-groomed and in pressed uniform.
• Maintains safety and security of guests and team members at all times, and in all weather conditions in regard to the valet parking areas
