Job summary

Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie, WA, managed by Columbia Hospitality, is seeking an AM Brunch Server for a temporary role through October 11, 2026. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and contribute to a guest-focused dining experience with attention to detail.

The position offers an hourly wage of $17.13, tip pooling eligibility, daily pay options, and involvement in a values-driven culture. Prior server experience and POS knowledge are expected, along with required food handler

Qualifications

  • Previous server experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with a computerized POS system.
  • Knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures and liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Takes orders and serves food and beverages to guests per standards.
  • Enters orders into POS and relays special requests to kitchen/culinary team.
  • Assembles food items and ensures proper presentation and temperature.
  • Handles guest payments and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintains clean and organized work and dining areas.

This is a temporary position anticipated to continue through October 11, 2026. Please note that the end date may be modified based on business levels and operational needs.

What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
  • Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards
  • Enters orders into computerized Point of Sale system and communicates any special requests to the culinary team
  • Assembles food items, such as appetizers, salads and soups
  • Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages. Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
  • Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes and sold-out items
  • Processes guest payments, using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
  • Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
What You Bring
  • Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)

Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirements
