CDL Shuttle Driver Position Summary :

The CDL Shuttle Driver’s primary responsibility is to provide superior service to guests and clients. You will operate a golf cart or shuttle to transport guests safely and efficiently to and from designated destinations. This guest service position requires maintaining a high level of communication and service, ensuring a clean and working shuttle, and assisting guests and visitors as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Safely and efficiently operate a golf cart or shuttle.
• Keep the shuttle clean and in working order.
• Maintain vehicle / shuttle safety precautions.
• Report any equipment issues promptly.
• Complete required training modules.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work-friendly atmosphere.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues.
• Uphold PMC grooming and uniform requirements.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Ability to drive a golf cart or shuttle safely
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record and background screening requirements
• Valid CDL License Required and valet driver’s license
• Ability to be familiar with designated routes and various roads for efficient transportation of visitors to correct areas
• Clean cut, professional, uniform appearance
• Enjoy interacting with the public, freely offering assistance
• Working outside regardless of weather conditions
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, carry 50 lbs. of luggage, bending, standing, run or jog as needed
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of guests and hotel information
• Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
