Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Beverage Delivery Driver to operate overnight routes across Texas. You will deliver to customers and transfer products between cross-dock locations from San Antonio to other Texas sites, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule starting at 9 PM.

The role requires a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and at least 3 years of tractor-trailer experience. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA/FSA, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CDL valid and in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Current medical card and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load and unload pallets at cross-dock transfers.
• Deliver to and from cross-dock locations across Texas.
• Operate overnight routes with Sundays to Thursdays start at 9 PM.
• Adhere to all local, state and federal laws.
• Perform other transportation and warehouse duties as needed.

Beverage Delivery Driver is responsible for making direct store deliveries to customers and or transfer or product to and from Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas current and potential future locations across the state of Texas.

Job Requirements

Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday overnights - Shifts starting at 9 PM

• Daily Conduct pre-trip and post trip inspections of the equipment
• Load and unload pallets at either end of the transfer movement (To and From San Antonio from one of our other cross docks) typically in a pre-determined sequence as directed by the warehouse
• Drive product to various cross dock locations
• May conduct deliveries to or from the cross the dock while enroute
• Adhere to all local, state and Federal laws and regulations
• Other transportation and warehouse related duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid A CDL
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience (tractor/trailer) / 5 years preferred
• Good driving record

Detail oriented

Self-motivated, works independently and self-managed to meet deadlines.

Current medical card

Good communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
