Job summary

Transdev is seeking an LSU Shuttle Driver in Baton Rouge, LA. A CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements is required. The driver will ensure safe, reliable shuttle service, adhere to schedules, and provide excellent passenger care. Benefits include vacation, health coverage after 90 days, and a 401k plan.

Starting pay ranges from $19.01 to $22.17 per hour with progression over 4 years. This is a full-time, on-site position with company holidays and other perks.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations maintaining routes and schedules.
• Assist passengers with boarding, rides, and disembarkation.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues.
• Uphold company policies and regulations, including safety protocols.
