Job summary

SkyHop Global LLC is hiring Drivers to join a growing team in Houston, TX. The role is a full-time, on-site position with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour plus cash tips and a monthly safety bonus, and all shifts cover weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include safely transporting airline crew members to airports and hotels, assisting with luggage, and communicating clearly with customers and staff while upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Meet company and insurance requirements for motor vehicle records.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• English fluency required for job duties and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting crew to/from airport and hotels in a courteous, safe manner.
• Communicate with passengers in person and by radio.
• Assist crew with boarding and luggage as needed.
• Maintain safety and accountability, aiming to create positive experiences.

Pay

$17.00/hr + Cash Tips + Monthly Safety Bonus

Shifts

All shifts include Weekends and Holidays

• Early Morning Shift: 3:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – Close

What You Will Be Doing

• Safely transporting top airline crew members to/from airport and hotels in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner.
• Listening and speaking to people in person and by radio.
• Assisting airline crew members on and off the bus and help with luggage as needed.
• Focus on safety, accountability and creating raving fans!

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must meet company and insurance requirements regarding motor vehicle records, including a satisfactory driving history.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job duties, including interacting with customers, following safety procedures, understanding operational instructions, and completing required documentation.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing courteous, professional, and customer-focused service.
