Job summary

AAON is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to transport passengers between parking lots and office locations during peak hours. You will perform routine vehicle inspections, respond to passenger inquiries, and report any delays or incidents to leadership.

The role requires a clean driving record and a CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement, with emphasis on safety and punctuality. We value courteous service, adherence to schedules, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class B CDL Passenger Endorsement.
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record with no major violations or accidents within a specified time frame.
• Previous shuttle driver or similar role preferred.

• Conducts routine vehicle inspections to ensure shuttle bus is in good working condition.

• Reports incidents, delays, or other relevant information to leadership.
• Maintains shuttle, including filling gas tank and cleaning interior and exterior.
• Cleans and sanitizes shuttle as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is preferred.

• Knowledge and understanding of and committed to safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and others.


• Ability to be reliable and punctual to adhere to schedules and meet passenger expectations.

Work Environment

• Possesses physical stamina to sit for extended periods, assists passengers with boarding as needed.
