Yugo Pullman Hills is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport residents safely on a scheduled route. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and requires a valid license, clean driving record, and the ability to work with students in a fast-paced campus setting.

Responsibilities include operating the shuttle safely, performing daily inspections, keeping records, assisting passengers, and adhering to all laws and company policies. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a clean driving record and can meet federal & state driving standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Able to speak and read English.
• Willingness to undertake Carbon Literacy Certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Shuttle in a safe, on-schedule manner to designated destinations.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Perform daily shuttle inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Deliver excellent service to residents.
• Assist with routine cleaning and detailing of shuttle.
• Maintain mileage, maintenance records, and fuel levels.
• Assist passengers on and off the vehicle safely.
• Enforce safety guidelines for passengers.

Position Title: Shuttle Driver

Position Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

As the Shuttle Driver, you will be a key part of our community-based team and provide a safe and secure way for our student to get from point A to point B. Naturally, our students utilize this amenity frequently, so you’ll need to be organized, adhere to a strict schedule and ensure you provide a safe and excellent student experience!

Reporting to the General Manager, here’s what you’ll be doing!

• Operate Shuttle in a safe and responsible manner on a scheduled route to all designated destinations.
• Always abide by all traffic laws and regulations and company policy.
• Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to insure cleanliness and good working order.
• Always deliver superior service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with routine cleaning and detailing of shuttle.
• Maintain mileage and maintenance records along with fuel and fluid levels.
• Assist passengers on and off the vehicle, as necessary, ensuring safe transport.
• Enforce federal, state, and company guidelines for shuttle passengers.
